The purpose of this website is to raise financial support for Derian House, in the means of a one off cash donation, raised via sales of the unofficial Inside No.9 2025 Poster Calendar.
HELP AND INFORMATION
Made To Order
The calendar is made to order. Therefore, will ship once it has been manufactured. We manufacture three times during the festive period, to give everyone a chance to order their copy.
- If you order between August 2024 and early October 2024, you will receive your order in late October 2024.
- If you order between mid October 2024 and early November, you will receive your order in late November or early December 2024.
- If you order between December 2024 and January 2025, you will receive your order in early February 2025.
These dates are approximate.
FAQ
Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: There is no definitive date for shipping. The calendars are made to order, and print run is made three times. We will be printing ordered calendars in October, November and January. So you order will arrive during one of these months, depending when you order.
Q: How long will take my order to arrive?
A: We cannot answer definitively, but we can inform you that the orders are posted from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail, and you will be sent your tracking number once the order has been shipped.
Q: When does the money get donated to Derian House, and is there proof?
A: The money will be sent to Derian House In February 2025, after all 3 print runs have finished and been shipped. We upload video proof and the chief fundraiser at Derian House will be able to confirm the receipt of donations.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Certainly, just get in touch. We cannot cancel the order once it has been shipped. You will need to return it to us, before a refund is issued.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: If you are not happy with your calendar, then you can return it, provided it is in good condition. Refunds are issued when the return is received. We do not cover your postal costs to return the order.
Shipping Destinations
When placing your order, please select the destination where the calendar will be shipped to. This choice will determine the price you pay at the checkout. If you falsely choose the incorrect location to your shipping address, then the order will be declined. Postage costs are tiered as follows: Within the United Kingdom, to Europe, to USA and to Australia. We appreciate that postal costs to the USA and Australia are considerably higher, but unfortunately that is what we are charged by Royal Mail.
